Adjust quantity of potatoes to fit your serving size

Instructions
- Boil potatoes with skins until tender.
- Peel and whip.
- Add sour cream and softened cream cheese.
- Add chopped onions or chives, salt and pepper.
- Place in buttered casserole over night.
- When ready to bake, dot with butter and sprinkle paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
