Combine flour, salt and pepper. Slice meat into thin strips. Dredge in flour. Sautee onion and garlic and then brown meat in butter. Add water and stir to dissolve any bits in pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth and mushrooms. Cover and cook until meat is tender fo about 60 minutes. Mixture should be thick. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles. |
