Combine flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Combine banana, vanilla and milk and add to creamed mixture alternating with dry mixture. Fold in apricots and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8x4 bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
