  1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup ripe mashed bananas
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
  Instructions
  Combine flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Combine banana, vanilla and milk and add to creamed mixture alternating with dry mixture. Fold in apricots and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8x4 bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
